General Information
Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note, processing may take longer during high-volume periods such as holiday seasons or promotional sales.
Shipment: ViralFingers partners with trusted global carriers to ensure efficient and secure delivery. Available shipping methods may vary by region and are subject to change based on location and logistics.
Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery: All delivery timelines are approximate and depend on the selected shipping method, warehouse origin, and your destination. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Standard Delivery: Estimated 9–22 days within eligible regions.
Express Delivery: Available in select areas. Estimated delivery is 3–9 days for an added fee.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free on orders over $290 USD.
Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate
Express Shipping: $40 flat rate
Shipping costs are based on the weight, destination, and shipping method chosen, and are calculated during checkout.
International Shipping
Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your ViralFingers shipping total.
Customs: Customs clearance procedures may cause delays outside of our control. ViralFingers is not responsible for any customs delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available. You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll provide instructions for returns, exchanges, or store credit as applicable.
Lost Shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived after 22 days, please contact our support team. We’ll assist with tracking and resolution options.
Address Changes
We cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been processed. Double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or other delivery issues, we will attempt to contact you. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued for the returned items, minus shipping and restocking fees.
